We invest deeply in our team. Over 80% of our staff are qualified from Level 3 to Level 6, including Early Years Teachers and all receive ongoing professional development, well-being support and specialist in‑house training. This commitment ensures our team delivers the highest standards of early years education with confidence, consistency and passion.

Our highly qualified chefs prepare nutritious meals that promote a healthy relationship with food for life. Our environments are safe, stimulating and designed to spark curiosity, independence and joyful learning.

We work in partnership with parents, offering guidance, resources and open communication so you always feel involved and reassured. From story sacks to language packs, we support learning at home as well as in nursery, strengthening the connection between family and setting.

Evolution Childcare was founded by Rob and Sue Jones who are parents themselves, with extensive experience in both sport and early years education. Their vision for high‑quality, child‑centred care has shaped our culture and continues to inspire our team today.
